well, thats it, house sold!!!!!
well, i know i might get a slating but i'm not bothered 
cos today weve accepted the offer of full asking price to a first time buyer 
had 4 offers in for the asking price and one couple in particular i really wanted them to have it, but they were in a chain of 4, so i had to go with my head and not my heart as hubby said!!
so thats it then, in 6-8 weeks think were going to be in a caravan for a while, but who cares, just need a visa now!!
to all of you that are trying to sell, i really hope you all have some good luck very very soon.

i'm just glad i dont have to keep the house bloody clean and tidy all the time now.
seriously though, i know youre havin problems selling but the market is definately picking up. have you thought about changing estate agents hutch, fresh blood an all that!! put an ad on the internet too!
