Love it!

Any chance he is related to Bob Geldof?

Re: Well he does have a point....

Maybe his shirt is related to Sir Bob.

Its a good job guns are illegal in the ole Irish Isle, that guy had enough in him to take out the whole studio.
He looked close to self combustion at one stage, what a tv moment that would have made!

What the hell was that all about? Sounds like there's a cracking good story behind his rant! Wish I knew what it was. And hell, listen to him crank it up even as they're dragging him out of the studio! There's just no stopping the guy!

"NOINE HOONDRED T'OUSAND A YEAR!!!"

Well, it does sound a lot when you say it like that. :D

I was expecting him to burst back in at the end and shout "you'll never take me alive, you pontificating b*stards!"

It was the continuing references to POUNDS that got me. I thought it was Euros in Ireland.

I read some of the comments in youtube, he is a well known weirdo with a bi-polar disorder, who abuses people on streets when he's not freaking out at tv presenters and politicians.

Still I wonder if Pat Kenny does get paid 3 times what President Obama earns.

Jack I think Pat does - paid for by €160 per year for a TV licence, the man is called Pat the Plank for obvious reasons. Our Taoiseach (Prime Minister) is also paid more than Mr Obama - cause he deserves it lol.

This is him at his charasmatic best:

Re: Well he does have a point....

Ya Pat Kenny gets paid about 600 thousand a year alright(roughly 4 times what Obama is on), funded by the Irish tax payer.
That guy went nuts because there is another budget coming in December - more taxes/public job pay cuts etc, and Kenny is retaining his 600 grand salary.

So he was right to be ranting. And that's probably why nobody in the audience looked horrified. Secretly they agreed with what he was saying. A good bloke!

Exactly..they were too chicken to applaud him, the guy is meant to have a few screws loose(haven't we all!), but the points he made were all true.
