Are nice pics from the UK not allowed on this site?

Easy Grayling! I think he has a point - I actually much prefer the green of Australia to the green of the UK - much of the well known countryside of the UK is too bleak and windswept for me and I miss the rustic and 'Alpine look.

Our drought has hit hard this year, but it has greened up considerably this last 2 weeks. Comes back quick!

Like that view of yours though.
That's the best view I have seen in ages.

Do you lie back and think of England or the Blue Mountains?

Post away!

Your view is hardly the typical view from a English suburb too. I saw some brand new houses on the edge of villages in the Uk on Tv the other day - it was green but very deary. Hard to explain - doesn't do anything for me.

Each to his own!

Why do some people find that problematic?

G
It's not! Many of us like them. Some people are just saying that its not just the Uk that is green - it is a common complaint that's all from the MBTUK legoland crowd and in the same way, he had reason to believe you were implying that it would automatically be a loss in Australia. That was Hutch's point. I see where he is coming from.

If you had just posted the picture noone would have anything to hang on you.

who wants to swap for my gorgeous view??
1st pic is of the view from the back of the house and 2nd the front yummmmmy!!!!
IMHO, this, and even the green but sort of ''deary'' photos of the UK of the other poster are far more typical for average people. Very sobering.

I'd consider returning for Grayling's view but I''d want to know the price first.

Its probably got something to do with your attitude!
I too was only responding to a query ,about which pets to have in Oz and informed others of the rabbit laws ,when i had a unwarranted sacastic response from you.So think on before you post flippant replies ,its responses like that that put people off contributing.
Well at least i got that off my chest.
