The view from the office
 

Sherlock Holmes in a another thread posted his view from the office window and I thought this might be a bit of fun. So, post yours with what you can see.

Here is mine. It is the view at about 7am through the mist with the village in the middle ground and the famous mountains covered in mist made famous in the gorilla movie. Location is North East Democratic Republic of Congo near the town of Mongbwalu.

Wow! My OH works in circular quay so has a great view - I am an ignoramus and don't know how to put pics on however.

This is the view from my 'office' (yes, yes, I know the hedge needs cutting, apparently the three teenagers are on a work to rule and the rule is they don't work...(Eldestchild is destined for great things in a union))

Thought I'd try to show both sides on my view - this was taken last week. Not quite from my office window, but looking towards it from my house (I have a terrible commute!).

Perhaps gumboots needed that day!

The vehicle in your 1st photo looks like a version of the Buffel AFV that we used to use in Namibia/Angola

Ah, the Casspir. Is/was the police version of the Buffel. Used by the SWA police/Koevoet in Namibia
