UPVC Double Glazing in Perth

Hi Guys,

Currently looking at getting a new house built in Perth and wondered if anyone has installed double glazing in a new build?

If you have, how did you go about it? Was the price of supplying and fitting the standard single glazed aluminium units credited back to you or did you have to fit the UPVC after handover?
