I'm very p*ssed off now.
Matt has high temp and BIG headache again. Definately won't be discharged till early next week at the earliest
He is so low now and i just can't offer him any words of solace. Hes gutted he won't be able to go to the airport to pick his Mum up.

He doesn't have a shunt Sue.
You know what hospitals are like for picking up infections, I reckon he would have been out about 10 days ago if he hadn't caught these infections.
I saw him last night & he was excited when I left as he said next time I see you will be Friday at home.
Poor bugger, I reckon they both must be really low.
Sooner they let him out of that God forsaken infectious place I'm sure he will come on in leaps & bounds.

im imagining things now....
you are probably right B.....hospitals are the worst places for picking up infecitons - my mum had mrsa in her nose when she was admitted to where she is now........5 weeks later she is covered in it - groin, wound site, and even in the bloody pressure sore she now has on her bum
which she didnt have 3 weeks ago
