trawler restaurant Broadbeach

can any one tell me why the trawler seafood restaurant in broadbeach closed used to do fantastic seafood there. It was always bussey .

Not sure, but the government has resumed alot of properties down that way for a major project. Maybe it was one....
It maybe they are renovating.....
