Thursday night dance class!!
We need some more females for the dance class!
Its real good fun, theres no-one thats absolutely fantastic, so dont worry about being the odd one out!!! Its good excercise and we have a real giggle..................so calling all woman NOR to come and join us. Beaumaris Club, every Thursday 6.45 onwards!!:thumbsup: |

Well its not ballroom or anything like that...............its just sort of dancing to music!!! Its quite fun and makes me sweat so it must help shift the kilos!!!

Just thought I'd bump this one up again.
If there are any of you out there that want to give it a go, then do come along and join in. We are starting a new dance this week (generally takes us two weeks to really nail a dance) so everyone will be in the same boat and having to learn something new. We are doing Madonna's Vogue which is not too fast. There's a bar at the venue so we all pile in there for a drink after. Debs |
