***1)Shite drivers who don't indicate, don't read the road, and are very very rude.

2) Everything costing a fortune....even old junk that would be on a skip in the UK

3) Shit telly

4) The fact being really thick and grinning like an idiot is the qualification for being a TV presenter... (oops TV again)

5) Crap houses will ill fitting doors and windows so theres a gale blowing through your house...

6) stupid gas BBQs

7) paying for EVERYTHING...including having gas and electric cut off, extortionate broadband, banking, wiping your....etc

8) Rubbish clothes and expensive too.....

9) The men....nuff said

10) bloody traffic lights

I feel better now..... Anyone got a spare ticket to heathrow?

***particularly annoying.....

Its like an arranged marriage that after 4 years is simply never goner develop into something deeper....sigh

Just don't watch TV anymore - there is usually nothing on it of any value whatsoever with the rare exception of ABC or SBS.

My blood pressure got too high whenever I saw Rove, Dave Hughes etc or any of the other idiotic presenters that Australia has, including most of the news.

Now I survive entirely on DVD box-sets, movies and downloads from the BBC/ITV/Channel 4

Yup, me too. My TV isn't even connected to the aeriel any more. I found that most channels are virtually unwatchable due to the high frequency of advertising, so disconnected it. Now it's just for me to watch DVDs or play the XBox on...

A bit Swerv, but Ive only been in Sydney 4 months...so I know it takes time to settle, I reckon Ill give it another year and review!

BTW Im lucky enough to have Foxtel so I watch UkTV all the time, thankfully,

Im also OVER winter!
