I've just acquired gel wrist rests for keyboard and mouse and they make an incredible amount of difference!

What do you men class as mice/mouses... I'm sure this wrist complaint should have been around for years and not be just a new thing.
I find the static ones where you just roll the balls are good (mouse alternative of course I'm talking about like the Microsoft Trackball Optical).
