Made a lot off money the last couple of months, so might just be able to afford 5mins of your time. Thats all i would need.

Everytime I restart it I can't click on anything and the moment I try and use task manager it starts working.
When I try to move stuff it creates a ghost like copy and leaves the one I clicked on in it's original place, the second I let go of the ouse it dissapears.
It wont let me drag stuff out of a folder either
