Threaten to show his baby photos to his new friends

Try and find out if he is keen on a girl at school and keep mentioning her name.

Just tested the above out.... The 2nd one works the best !

I think for a first time I would talk to him and since its now some time from the actual event, I would probably leave it at that.

If there were a next time then curfews and restriction of parties/outings/after school socialising (friends coming over) with the length and duration set in accordance to how serious what they did.

I am dreading my kids getting to the teenage years as it was horrendous. The boys who lived with me from aged 2 were really really awful, cheeky, fighting constantly, smoking, really out of control. I was very strict but did lots of stuff but their mother was completely oblivious, she had some problems of her own and so just blanked the kids completely. well spoke to them but just didnt get involved with upbringing, education or anything of that sort.

Anyway - 18 came, the good fairy arrived and ones just got a first class honours degree. I reckon its a bit of heads down and try to stay friends while they learn to become themselves.

Lots of good suggestions already given, but I think I'd remind him of some of the non-human dangers in Darwin. Aren't large snakes more active at night? Mosquitoes with all sorts of nasty infections they can pass on, bats, etc etc. Surely crocodiles wander the streets of suburban Darwin in the small hours?

LOL, i think we finaly got through to him last night, and has decided he doesnt want to hang around with this boy anymore. Never gave a reason but we certainly never made him.

WE certainly get bats and mossies but not seen any crocs wandering round i think if he had seen one h would have barricaded himself in lol
