Stirling in a large district more than a suburb.

Has some good areas, and some bad areas. Very difficult to comment unless you define what area of Stirling you're looking at.

house that we saw was nr m freeway/stirling railstation. the house backs on to stirling civic gardens

Not a bad place to rent for a while imo. But with the growing ethnic population in that area, I wouldn't want to be there long term.

Great base for the CBD if you're commuting.

Three Legs

The new Stirling development is rather posh.

Out of our league ...

For a *slightly* cheaper option but not too far away from Stirling try Gwelup or Karrinyup.
