Still standing - although I did fall
..down when I got out of the pub last night
I have only been drunk in Oz over the last 6 years about 6 times...so was overdue and welld eserved.
A friend put me in his ute to bring me home and I went to close the door and fell out - I laughed so much it hurt my ribs....I needed that laugh.
They say laughter is the best medicine and they were right.
so although I was technically 'not standing' I certainly wasn't alying down - and nor will I ever be...

Well all that considering you're very coherent this morning!
Well done - eat a banana (potassium is good for hangovers) and plenty of water

And that seemed to tempt fate and lo and behold some more stuff was thrown at me - but this only goes to prove the point - you are never given more than you can cope with - even though at the time you don't realise this.

I know - you couldn't write it in a soap really....it just got to a point where my boss (and good friend) said 'go out side and shake your fist at the sky and yell ..go on then throw what ever you have left at me...'
And that seemed to tempt fate and lo and behold some more stuff was thrown at me - but this only goes to prove the point - you are never given more than you can cope with - even though at the time you don't realise this.
