Spud'u'like
Not sure if this is new or not, but in Coles yesterday I found them selling Maris Piper spuds (beloved of chips & roasties) at a reasonable price. Not sure if this is general (they don't appear on the online site), but I thought I would alert people in case just in case.

Unfortunately jersey royals have lost the plot. The taste isn’t so good any more and they are growing them larger, not sure why but nah...

I'm pleased to hear Jersey's aren't so good any more. It'll stop me from missing them. We generally have a choice of white washed, red washed or white unwashed potatoes. Oh we do have Kipler, they're alright - An Aussie style of Jersey Royals but not great.
