Spellings....
 

OK...9 year old has come home with this weeks spellings........for which he has to learn them and write sentences to include them in......

so do you think his teacher would mind if for missionary, he put, something along the lines of 'the missionary position, is a common human sex position' :rofl::p.....

what annoys me is, that they don't check that they have even spelt the words correctly, or given them any idea of what the meanings are!!:frown:

My daughters classmate's Mum told me this morning that one of the books her daughter brought home this week was a book called 'Bad Girls' by Jaqueline Wilson. In it someone gets referred to as a 'filthy slag' :eek:

Apparently it's on the curriculum.
Our kids are 7!!!!

I'm not waiting for parents evening to complain about that!! :mad:

My daughter's classmate told everyone that their cat licked her Dad's willy!!! :eek::eek::eek: She came home and told me and wondered why I cracked up!:rofl:
