Apparently, the most important one, is the one to put over your head, so you can hide away and pretend nothing is happening
Here's the post , am sure they wont mind me usuing it, but i think its soooooooo true.
never, ever doubt that what your doing is the right thing, even if it doesn't work out its still the right thing to do.
This IS a horrible stage, i call it the head in a bucket stage, cos i felt i wanted to put my head in a bucket to block everything out and not come out of it till i was here and avoid all the hard parts, the packing up the throwing out everything that has been your life and of course the goodbyes. It will get better but not until you step through that departure gate, even then your daughter will still give you hell but you'll feel more positive in yourself.
Good luck with it all and go get yourseld a bucket.... or is it have a bucket... whatever!!
