Soggy Sunshiners
I see on the news that the Sunshine coast is heading for some very wet conditions in the next few days - hope no one is paddling in their homes with all the rain and the tides.

It has been absolutely pelting it down here in Brissy for the past few days. We all love it! :D

I'll love it when it bloody stops raining. Didn't realise I'd moved to an area where the 'big wet' is a year-round event. :(

Re: Soggy Sunshiners
Must admit I'm a bit stunned.... lived in the uk all my life and the only time we got seriously flooded out was on holiday in north norfolk...
I'm living in the sunniest place on earth and spend the entire holiday monday wringing water out of toasters... |
Re: Soggy Sunshiners
We got a good dousing this morning 165mm in about 5 hours.
We've had close to 400mm total for the weekend. |
Re: Soggy Sunshiners
Not happy, work send me from Melbourne to Brisbane for a few days last week- I think I'm going to see the sun but nothing - just bloody rain!
Fingers crossed it will be better on the next visit:ohmy: |
