i can hear the comentary (spl) I'm actually thinking about watching Glee, OH has just turned off the wedding, he seen the dress and watched the vows (sad git) i'd rather stick pins in my eyes

I watched until they were married, then I left my wife to it. Bill & Kate both looked very nice, though I am very annoyed that William is refusing to wear a ring (he didn't even have one at all!) Harry just looked like a plonker, though I give him credit for leaving the Hitler moustache at home today.

Pretty sure I saw Camilla whispering to Charles "Did we remember to put $35 on that whippet in the 6:45?" and almost certain I saw him reply "Don't worry dear, if we didn't, I'll just buy Yorkshire."

I've surprised myself and am watching too. Probably because the Wife and Daughters wanted to.

No protest in London now .... Cancelled apparently.... which was news to me. I thought there were going to be major protests today... from that MAC mob.

It's good to see so many people embracing a happy occasion.

Ok, I turned the telly over the see her dress (because someone on fb told me the dress was on display) so I couldn't help myself.

Then I swiftly switched channels. I have seen enough.

Me! I'm in New Jersey so an early 5.30am wake up call! Kate looks stunning in her Alexander McQueen dress (by Sarah Burton). I'm blubbering lol!

I even timed dinner so the boys could see the dress (I'm thoughtful like that).. they wondered if Philip Schofield was gay because he described Mrs Middleton's dress with such aplomb.

I believe we're turning over when The Hangover comes on.. although it has been set to record just in case we get too carried away with the ceremony.

Not happy that they're not doing 'singalongahymns' though

Bridesmaid dresses are very classic 'little girl' type though. Could almost have been purchased from BHS Bridal Dept

One thought I had as I was watching all the foreign kings etc enter the abbey .... does the Queen ever go to the weddings of their children /grandchildren?

I don't remember ever seeing about her attending. Normally it seems she just sends a representative I think.

If I was foreign royalty I might be a bit peed off at that.

I thought it was sweet how William had a little smirk to himself when he turned and saw Kate and no wonder - She looks lovely. I hope they have a happy and successful marriage.

Anyway back to the bubbly and oogling the dress and jewels.

Well I think Bill & Cathy look very nice. They look like any young couple in love on their wedding day. Even Liz looked heppy to be there.

I've never seen inside Westminster Abbey before and all I can say is WOW! It's spectacular!
