And so the waiting begins again!!!!!!
Thought I was through with all that waiting!! Waiting for the TRA approval, waiting for the med request, waiting for the 'I got it', then waititng for a house buyer.
Have just put an offer on a house here in WA and am waiting to see if the offer has been accepted.............and it is bloody killing me. I daren't leave the hoouse 'just in case' the real estate call!!

Nope, been here just on 2 years, just about to do the old citizenship!!!
We bought a real run down place (much to my disgust) here in Kinross. Mick has done it up and it is just fab. We have sold it even before it went on the market!!
He completely transformed the place, the clever little dick that he is. Even the front was completely gutted, re-rendered, restyled, painted, black and gold wrought iron gates and fencing added. Even the real estate who came today couldnt believe the place, as it had been on her books as a rental a few years back!!
Anyway now its sold we have just put an offer on another property............waiting.........waiting....... .waiting!!!!
