Default Snuggies

I saw a wonderful infomercial about these the other day.

What a marvellous piece of fashion wear....and so necessary on these chilly autumnal days in Melbourne. Well today was a nippy 25 c.

In case you are not sure what they are (think they are also known as slankets), they are a huge piece of polar fleece with sleeves, which allow you to lay on the sofa and not get cold. It also allows your family to ostracise you as you look a fool, but hey there is a lot to be said for comfort.

The ad shows people wearing them to a footie match- bet that would go down a treat when ordering a beer and meat pie!

Just off to order a couple....

Oh yes, it's certainly time my snuggie got dusted off. I got a lot of stick for it last winter but the cats and I love it - they queue up to share it with me on the sofa on an evening.

Just have to be careful using a laptop whilst wearing it, as one (and one's cats) can get some nasty static

Look, if you order from the official site https://snuggie.com.au you get a free book light worth $9.99... I never realised that wearing a blanket with sleeves means that I keep my hands free... didn't have a clue... plus it keeps my electricity bills low WITH complete freedom of movement!

How ace are they?!!!

Have you seen the advert for the new "designer" ones? They come in leopard or tiger stripe print now.

Damn, mine's just boring old blue. I'm obviously paying the price for being ahead of the trend.

You mean this one?

Actually, contemplating another winter in my ice cold apartment I may just invest in a zebra skin snuggie!

Fantastic.
My hubby wont let me have one. boo hoo.
Maybe a seductive leopard print would swing the balance though

If you can tell a bad joke, you can get one for free, from Sunrise Ch 7

If your joke is too good though, you have to make do with a free TIVO.

If I ordered one of these I would need to reduce my heating bills as we would be heading for the divorce courts.
