Default Shush Can You Hear That?

That's right I hear nothing as well, no outlaws snoring no Kids screaming and I'm sat with a large G&T in just my jocks.
******* beautiful, peace and quiet for a few days until my eardrums recover is what the doc ordered.

Would it not be better if you drank the G & T instead of keeping it in your jocks???? Just a thought.

Maybe having those visitor has tipped you over the edge :scared:

If you had wanted peace and quiet could you not have stayed with your mother. She was quite quiet last time I met her .

Donna.

We have told family that if they want to come and visit us, they will have more freedom in rented accommodation.

Would you say Donna, that it has put you off visitors? I reckon to expect to stay at anyones house for longer than a week is a bit much.

Would you say no next time, or just to these visitors?

We would think things through very carefully next time regarding friends & family! staying at ours for a couple of days max maybe until they find accommodation.
Least then we can all meet up together during the day but have the freedom to come home & relax in our own surroundings at night or whenever it suited us
I just feel suffocated at the moment, they wont go out & explore/even take their kids to a park,we have to either hold their hand or they just stay indoors! Hubby has even gave them his jeep & sat nav!

If they ever return to Oz on holiday they certainly will not be staying with us

Donna,

What about introducing your friends to this website. Just let them surf their way through it. I think they'd soon get the picture.
