The problem with staying or going is that everyone is different. The fact that I'm staying and am happy with my decision doesn't mean that you will be. Have you considered that if you go you will need to get a license for that and possibly have to retrain? Really, staying or going is a very personal decision. Maybe 30 or 40 more opinions will help.
