Haven't seen you on here lately. Thats great about your house, congratulations We validated our visa in April and all going well we will be gone again by July. We have decided on Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. Where are you guys heading?

We do view the forum often, but always seem strapped for time, so don't get chance to post much
We just got back from validating in March and most likely (almost definitely) gone by July too.
Starting off in Pac. Pines Gold Coast area, primarily for hubby's work and our son's college courses.
We'll have to keep each other posted with how we're getting on!

Hi, can I ask for fingers crossed on the sale of our house. We have sale agreed and the lady has "cash on the hip" as Del boy would say!!!! Put deposit on at the EA today. Started to pack today and it is begining to seem real now 
We had to slash the price and buyer wants our furniture for which she increased her offer. Anyway peeps please say a few prayers for us

Just to let you know that sale agreed went tits up. Turned out you woman did not even have mortgage approval
Had another offer since but i would rather leave it to the goldfish than except it
Must remember to buy a goldfish just incase
