Sale agreed on house.....fingers crossed everybody!
Hi, can I ask for fingers crossed on the sale of our house. We have sale agreed and the lady has "cash on the hip" as Del boy would say!!!! Put deposit on at the EA today. Started to pack today and it is begining to seem real now :ohmy: We had to slash the price and buyer wants our furniture for which she increased her offer. Anyway peeps please say a few prayers for us ;);)

Helena x I think I remember you guys from the December 2007 applicants thread? Well, I couldn't believe that some of us that were granted visa's all that time ago are still here in UK, so I'm glad I've found you! Seems we are in a similar situation too, and we have finally agreed a sale on our house and are waiting to exchange - all being well 5th June!!! Many congrats in selling your house, and hope you're on the move as well soon!:thumbup: Really nice to find someone else in the same boat though! lol :) |
