His foot was definitely on the line, out of touch for sure.
Anyway, even if he had got the try, it wouldn't have made any difference really, SA still would have won.

Too be honest South Africa didn't get out of first gear.
The "try" that never was, as everybody calls it, was infact never a try. His foot hit the line before he grounded the ball, therefore no try. Not that it would have mattered anyway.
Now lets move on and look forward to the "real" world cup final in November when the Boks take on the mighty Welsh
oh and all the bandwagon jumping rugby experts can jump back off right now if you'd be so kind
