Those<snip> at nine won't even show the presentation. Shame on the poor losing Aussies. Great game and well done frogs for giving it some.

To be honest, I don't know enough about the coverage and how it works or is scheduled or planned.

Being a tabloid network I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted to show the 'Next Best Show' which they paid x amount of money for etc - please the masses for whom Rugby Union is an elitist sport which is a curiosity for many Australians.

I'm glad it was on somewhere - my daughter turned it from GEM to 9 in the First Ten mins - so I missed the first few mins of the ceremony too.

But the WWW team were great with their praise - and have been.

Well what a game ...... Nearly made my 12-1 bet come true.

Well done to the kiwi's. Maybe not the best team on the night but they certainly were for the rest of the tournament.

Interestingly Richie was lying all over the French breakdown during the first half. I guess living close, if not beyond, the penalty line makes a world class number 7.

What a great game to watch.

Have to feel sorry for France though, some dodgy ref decisions against them, that penalty that did them in shouldn't have happened if the high tackle had been called out first.

Still, they had their chances all the same.

They had a great chance with that 50m penalty that may have won it for them, but it missed.

Weepu was very poor at kicking too!

Wife and kids have emptied it. I think Rupert's retirement fund is big enough as it is.

Thankfully for you the WC is over. I actually enjoy watching Ken Sutcliffe comment on Rugby because his knowledge of the game is so far off the mark, yet he provides us with his opinion with such passion. He tipped the Kiwi's by 30. The bogans love it.
