England were rubbish- slack discipline and shabby kicking. They had conceded penalties all through the tournament and not converted their own- you can't expect to win like that. I couldn't watch the game. OH did, and he is a happy bunny, as not only did Wales win but the English got beaten.
I don't believe that England in their current form would have beaten Wales.

As for the England - France match, personally I think England were poor, and France better. Whether they are good enough to go all the way remains to be seen but I certainly don't think they were amazing, both Ireland and Wales have been playing better than them.

No way were Ireland poor, Wales were just better, simple as that. Ireland have played fantastically all the way though, but so have Wales, and when it mattered Wales were the better team.

Right from the first game the welsh proved how good a team they were going to be
Unlike other teams their heads dont go down when things dont go their way in a game
People forget how everyone sat up and took notice of the welsh after that first game
And they proved they are not lucky but a good hard working solid team
They dont seem to get rattled like scotland and england and play their game plan
They play to their stregnths
I would love to see the welsh win it
In my opinion they are a nation that wont gloat
And would carry the winning with pride
Its great to see a team who dont expect to win taking it all in their stride.
Even if this is as far as they get
They did that without cheating, whinging or excuses!
And that alone will make them the best and the proudest team of the Home nations
Well done the Welsh!

Wales look a good chance for the winners if no one can figure out how to keep the game in the centre of the park against them. Particularly if the wind keeps blowing.

Wales' defence was outstanding, they gave virtually nothing away in easy spots for kicks, and kept Ireland wide. Considering the wind and ROG in the side, Ireland should have kept the game more in the middle, but Wales managed to push them wide every time.

I don't think France played that well. England were just a lot worse and let them get off to too good a start. They just did not dictate field position in the first 25 mins and in the end that is what won France the match. I also haven't seen England defend that badly for a long time. Those tries were pretty weak.
But we deserved to lose that game. Based on the two performances to-date France would have lost to both Ireland and Wales I think.
As much as I can't stand the French I do want to see it go to the Northern Hemisphere and I think the French have the better game to beat the Southern Hemisphere teams, as much as I'd like to see Wales go all the way.
