I have been having limited luck with the iPlayer + VPN streaming here actually ... I guess being out in the sticks means I am lucky not to be on dial-up ...

Reminds me of the Australian /Brumby? side of the turn of the century..knew how to win...England are sneered at but they know how to win and have that self-belief despite their own press. And there is talk of the Scot prop not binding / squaring up properly hence the first half scrums..the Scots were being driven backwards in the second half ..Wilko missed penalties but they were at the extreme of his range.

How about when Youngs gets the ball? Bit of delay there...again: chitchat about Flood standing flatter and getting better ball..

It was tough kicking conditions and every player has an off game. He defended well. One area where England are not lacking is in the front-row - plenty of firepower there. I think they will make the semis.

And if they get past France, why not? then they could clinically get past Ireland or Wales - even unleashing the backs with a Flood and then Wilkinson substitution. It's crazy: the England backs ain't bad.

I want a NZ v England final : never paired in world cup knockout stages!

It's got to be a location thing, because I've had no problem using Expat Shield or Tunnel Bear to get the ITV feed going pretty smoothly in full screen, does take a minute or so before it starts streaming though and Expat shield would take a while to connect during a game, so would have to get it on a while before the game.

eh beg to differ old boy, but didn't NZ knock England out in the 1995 semi? Pretty certain one Jonah Lomu trampled all over us that day, although we did "win", the second half

Yeh, I think I'm pretty lucky to get the speed I do considering. The VPN is handier than Expat Shield but probably not worth the expense (admittedly small but still ...).
