Get Jed to register for an ABN. You can do it online, & you get the ABN number instantly. http://www.abr.gov.au/ABR_BC/ Then he can be a self employed sub contractor. That's what I did when I first got here. Don't know what it's like where you are, but in Perth the building firms are screaming out for subbies to work for them.:) |
