The most amazing game I've ever attended. Sure the quality was frustratingly poor at time, expecially the Roar finishing, but in terms of suspense you don't get much better than that

That Solorzano fella was hopeless, a complete liability. I said that in the semi final and assumed Henrique would replace him for the final so was shocked when he played the full 90. You wouldn't have wanted to be one of those few thousand people that left before we scored the first goal! |

Watched the second half and beyond via a 'net stream and ABC radio ... Sounded like a good finish to a game played in the best spirit, I particularly liked the players shaking hands before the shootout.
Good to see season-long form has won out in the end. |
