Sun Sun on Robinson Rd, Aspley, our takeaway (also eat in). Really really nice.
We've also been to King of Kings at the top of the myer Centre in Brisbane, that was also great.

Have never had the chance to try the Indian in Strathpine as it was closed, in the usual Aussie way when it should be open, when we tried to go. However, Zigaballis the Italian next door not too bad although very small menu.

Yep the pizza is nice from Zigaballis.
The Thai place next door is also really good.
Actually those three places at the cross roads are the only good places in the area![Smile](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Oh and a word of warning, don't eat the sea food buffet from the golden dragon (think thats the name) or the toilet will become a close friend![Wink](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)

King of Kings in the Valley for Yum Cha (Chinese) or else the Landmark at Sunnybank (get in early for both esp Sunday yum cha - it is manic!)
There's another chinese place in the west end but can't remember the name of it right now.
For italian, I love trio romanos on the gold coast highway at Mermaid beach / Miami - it's a tiny hole in the wall restaurant that seats about 20 but has fantastic homemade food (should note here that I havent been in a few years due to being inthe UK, but am planning to go there again next week!)
Kis Cucina at Graceville is apparently very good, although the owner can be a bit overbearing and over solicitous.
