...... The Gypsy fever is hitting hard....anyone got experience of costs involved relocating from Perth to Brisbane?

If you are the same daunted I think you are, then you are from the same neck of the woods as me! :D. I think I have read your posts in the past ........been reading this forum for years on and off while we have been going through the whole visa process.


Just wondered out of curiosity why you now fancy Brisbane? ( I know I'm a nosey git! )

The reason I ask is, we will be moving to Australia around August time this year and we have been focusing on the Brisbane area but my husband has just been given a chance/offer to work in WA. I'm not sure which route to take, try and get work in Brisbane or go to WA, just trying to weigh the pros and cons up really......:)

Start saving! I did it the other way qld to Perth I didn't pay bhp did otherwise I would never have done it.... Brisbane is a much nicer city though IMO.

Just in the process of moving our stored 20' container from Sydney to Sunshine Coast. The cost is $4,000 including unpacking at our new house and insurance.
