really chuffed.
Its been another good day after months of waiting, let downs and insecurity !!!!
We had the valuer in to look at the house (we are selling ourselves) and after having the house valued in early 2005, we where expecting the value to have risen a bit, but its up by over 20% in less than 2 years :D that is something worth drinking to  Definitely a new car when we get over there !! :D Now all we have to do is sell the bloody thing !! :D |

It was over priced. Apparently this estate agent does this so sellers go with him, yet they can't sell:( Anyways. cautionary tale. Hopefully in your case all will go well and best of luck m8:thumbup: |

Don't get too excited. Sometimes valuers value property at a higher value to entice you to sell through them. The true *value* of your home will be determined through market demand.

We had an idea of what we where planning on asking, but this just backs up our hopes. |

I thought we would have no probs selling,:( like you we have one of the cheaper houses on a nice estate), but the house prices here are just crazy just now, :) , still not as bad as down South, Glasgow was always expensive for here, but where i stay , Ayrshire, the prices have really shot up as well, making it difficult for peeps to get their first property. |
