Quick announcement
I'm very pleased to announce the safe arrival of Callum, who was born on 8th January at 4pm, after a four hour labour. He's 56cm long and weighs in at a very healthy 5.22kg (11 pounds 8 ounces). And in response to the questions I usually get asked on imparting that news: nope, he wasn't a c-section, just a normal delivery. Nope, I didn't use any pain relief. No, not even gas and air.
There were some issues after his birth which led to him having a short spell in the RPA's high dependency unit. But that's all sorted and we're back at home now.
