A question for you all
My friend at work has just booked a holiday of which she needs a passport.
She came to Oz with her family when she was 13, and has never done her citizenship. She is applying for a UK passport for the trip. She is now worried as her PR visa will not be in the new visa..............and she doesnt what happened to the passport when she was a kid...............if she ever had her own passport?? Any advice please, as she is worried she will not get back into the country |

He filled in the forms and got the passport. The hassle came when he applied for an RRV. They wanted school reports, letters from principals, employers etc. as proof of residency. Luckily, I never throw anything out, I had our travel document we were given, when we emigrated, by the Australian Government. He quoted the number from that and had no more trouble. Now, thankfully, he has citizenship, took him 41 years! So if her parents have some documentation she shouldn't have a problem. |
