Thanks jad n rich. I reckon these are the golden years, when kids are young enough to be innocent but old enough to communicate. They are wonderfully affectionate at this age.

Of course, I expect it all to change when they hit 13!

It seems like only yesterday that mine are at that age.I really don't know where the time went.My husband misses them at that age.The hugs and the kisses and the little hands wrapped around his neck.We have had a few teen bits and know there is plenty more to come but otherwise seem to be doing ok.Treasure every day.

Oh yes, on mothers day I was looking at photos, chubby, sooo blonde, and they were wearing those little fleecy suits with feet you put them in winter when they are just walking, and they have fat little bums from the nappy, so they look like telebubbies

If only you could just shrink them down again
