Pre-paid SIM

We have friends visiting form overseas next week. They want to get a PAYG sim to use here. What's a good one to get?

Tesltra pre-paid. Its the only Telstra product I will ever endorse.

$30 top up gives you a whole heap of features. If they have 3G data phones (iphone, galaxy etc) then the data will be a massive bonus. Opt for the "cap encore" an d you get 500mb, $230(ish) plus your original $30 to buy extras if needs be.

just make sure you get check whether they need a microsim or not (iphone 4/4s, not sure about the others)

15c per minute to Oz land lines and mobiles with no connection charge.

You would need to check, but I belive that the 15c per minute rate also applies to U.K. land lines,
