Depends on your site and design preferences. Fibreglass pools come in standard sizes whereas concrete can be custom shaped.

When we were looking fibreglass was quite a lot cheaper for what we wanted so that is what we went with.

Our pool colour is quite a dark blue so we paid extra for a special UV coating but after 5 years though the area of the pool wall above the water has still faded. Worth taking into consideration. Although there may be better technology available now though.
