Scrambled eggs? beat 2-3 eggs per person with a little milk (not too much) add 1 chopped slice of smoked salmon (per person) and/or a little chopped parsley.

Melt a small knob of butter in saucepan. Turn heat down, add egg mix and stir frequently on a low-mod heat till cooked. Don't overcook (there should be a little liquid in bottom of saucepan at end of cooking). Bewdaful

LOL. I have never used Glad Wrap/Cling Film in the process of cooking eggs. Still I'm not knocking the method Vash uses.

Yep that would also be nice. You can also do a variation and use tomato and some grated cheese/chopped ham also. Just depends on what you like and your imagination. Scrambled eggs are a versatile creation.

Dunno, but I just had one for my tea and it was luvverrrly

It was done in a poaching pan though by my OH - I can just imagine his face if I asked him to use a bit of cling film and drop it in hot water. He would think I have finally lost all grip on reality. (I have but don't tell him eh!)
