Well that was eggcellent Vash ! Just made them for brekkie & they were purfect !!!!

Melt a small knob of butter in saucepan. Turn heat down, add egg mix and stir frequently on a low-mod heat till cooked. Don't overcook (there should be a little liquid in bottom of saucepan at end of cooking). Bewdaful

Yep that would also be nice. You can also do a variation and use tomato and some grated cheese/chopped ham also. Just depends on what you like and your imagination. Scrambled eggs are a versatile creation.

Dunno, but I just had one for my tea and it was luvverrrly
It was done in a poaching pan though by my OH - I can just imagine his face if I asked him to use a bit of cling film and drop it in hot water. He would think I have finally lost all grip on reality. (I have but don't tell him eh!)
