Default Perth WA - touristy questions

Hi all

Usually on the Spain forum but popping in here to ask for some inside info please. Going to Perth in Feb and would much appreciate comments/info on the following:-

Car Hire co - to pick up at the airport and return to same
House/Apt to rent (2 couples) on or very
near the beach - Cottesloe/Scarborough/Mandurah area
Anybody been to or heard of BOSHACK farm station - worth stopping there for a couple of nights ?
Worth going to Karri forest - Pemberton area for a few nights

ANY info or recommendations would be so helpful, will be our first and very likely last time and would like to try to organise a good trip

Thanks

Mel

The usual hire car firms such as Avis operate at the airport. www.perthairport.com should have some useful info.
www.stayz.com.au for rentals. You should know that scarborough and cottesloe are nowhere near Mandurah.
Never heard of Boshack farm station.
Pemberton is a good base for a few days touring round.
