Perth domestic to International Terminal? and Qantas

Hi,

Im finally going back to visit the UK (almost 5years since I left).

However I am travelling by myself and will arrive at Perth Domestic Airport and need to change to the Perth International airport for my flights.

How easy is it to change terminals? Anyone done this?

Also hoping Heathrow has bloomin changed for the better, swore Id never travel via them again but Qantas had the best price. (booked recently)

Any input appreciated and tips for lone traveller.

PS, Will be flying back using Aussie passport as we all got Citizenship last Thursdays:thumbsup:

What is Qantas like for flying to the UK. I flew with Singapore when we emigrated.

Also anyone used the transit hotel at Singapore airport. Ive got a few hours to spare.

Thanks, just checked. Every 50minutes for the bus is a bit rubbish though.

It's a rubbish airport. International is not too bad but domestic.......:eek:

Whatever the airport is like you'll be fine,go home in a positive mood,don't be worrying about stuff you have no control over.Have stayed at the transit hotel in Singapore airport,it's great,have a kip,good shower etc,have a great trip:thumbup:

What happened in Perth, why did they build two separate airports, it's not as if it's that busy or anything. I couldn't believe the distance between the two when i first went there.

A very good question and I don't know the answer. Perth airport is booming and the planned consolidation at the international site is long overdue. It really needs a rail/light rail link too.
