Passports

we emigrate in Jan from uk to oz, just realised the children's passports only has two years left, will this cause any problems later, is it easy to renew a UK passport from Australia.

Very easy if you have the old one. Just fill in the form and give them some money. A JP can witness it, they are very easy to find here - just realised you might need a qualified witness who has known you for two years, not sure on that point. I've got triple nationality, the rules are all different.
