Probably can't tbh. May be worth contacting these people and ask if they supply any businesses in Brisbane. JJ Sandham's Lancashire Bomb 200g - England Also these people deliver to Brisbane. You'd have to contact them but they may have Lancashire. It's not going to be cheap though.

Don't know about Lancashire but Aldi sell a UK-sourced mature cheddar that is just awesome - crumbly and bitey. I love it. $4 for a small block

They also sell a fantastic Red Leicester ($4) and an epic Stilton ($5)

Can you tell that I like cheese?

As a Lancastrian in Perth I have never found Lancashire cheese in the 13 years I have lived here. I can't see Brisbane being any different.

I'm the sort of cheese lover who has never found a cheese sharp enough for me in Aus, I'm seriously considering making my own, gonna give it a go over Christmas I reckon. It looks like fun, and I may turn into a hippy

Try the Ashgrove Lancashire range, it's Tasmanian but bloody lovely cheese.
Oh and if you find yourself out & about in the south try the Stanthorpe Cheese Factory. I visited at the weekend and their cheese is awesome

If there is a Costco around they do an amazing coastal cheddar (from Devon) which is sharp and crumbly. Also an even stronger Cave Aged Cheddar from Wookey. Costco must realise how many Brits live in Australia

The $5 UK-sourced Stilton at Aldi is epic

They also sell $4 Red Leicester and Vintage Cheddar (both UK)
