Just had to jump on here to let you guys know that we have just exchanged contracts on our house :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Some of you will know that it has been a long and difficult process to get to this point. We just want to say thank you to everyone that has supported us over the last couple of months, in particular those that have had to put up with my whinging....you know who you are :D

We move out on the 18th April and hope to fly out on the 20th :eek:

OMG! Just never thought I would get to the point where we could post this thread :thumbup:

We have been very lucky... Our visa only took 2 weeks to come back (spouse visa) and the first person that viewed our house bought it. It has just taken months to get to the contract exchange point... must of had about 4 dates to fly out & we had our leaving party on Good Friday.

Don't worry. That's normal.

Now relax, because there's nothing you can do... just pack it all up and get on the plane.

I hope you take my offer of help seriously. I am happy to come to the airport and help... I have a big butt... I mean, boot.

thanks for the offer of the help. We should be OK at the airport as Mark's aunt, uncle, cousin and her 2 children have already said they are coming to meet us!! :thumbup:
