how about this for service.
called a college in uk for work based assesment leading to citb accreditation
before xmas.
first week in jan met with assesor and signed papers to commence will keep in touch with you they said.
feb 20 th eventually received a call and met the following week to receive the work sylabus and schedule.
will be in touch he said, just call me for support any time and ill get back to you asap.
called every other day since and you know what ..... diddly.
just last week received a invoice for part payment of the course 150.00
and still cant get in touch with the assesor.
hows that for service.
any one in oz can you beat that or am i expecting toooooooo much
