3 months later the asian person notices the sales price was only $500k.... that person might contact a lawyer and you'd find yourself in a spot of bother.
Perhaps the law can't be enforced but people can be punished for breaking it.

Well lets say that you have told your agent that you need to sell your property urgently, asking price $500k.... and 3 weeks pass and a few people are interested.
you end up selling to a white person for $500k. But 2 weeks earlier an asian person had submitted an offer for $520k, on identical terms.
3 months later the asian person notices the sales price was only $500k.... that person might contact a lawyer and you'd find yourself in a spot of bother.

Islam isn't a race. There are white Muslims, yellow muslims, and black muslims. Might even be the odd green muslim.
The sooner we stop protecting brainwashed people from their own gullibility the better. Having said that, just because someone is brainwashed and gullible doesn't mean you shouldn't sell a house to them.
This is a publicity stunt to sell the house and nothing more.
