Well we had Italian garlic and herb bread last night and very nice it was too!! So maybe ny bargain will really turn out to be a bargain after all!!

I used to bake my own bread the old-fashioned way. Stopped doing it because I'm a lazy bastard - that and the fact that the missus wanted ever more inventive loafs full of olives and all sorts of rubbish.

I like cooking and baking - just hate all the mess (I hate clearing flour up from the work tops) Have to say the bread I made using the machine came out brilliant - far better than anything I `ve ever came up with by hand - I never have the patience for making it rise and knocking it back!!
