Not especially. I've never done a diet or detox or anything. Resolutions tend to be of the pie crust variety (if made at all; and they tend to be the same ones!).

Having said that, I did join a gym one year. That was cathartic for the bank balance only.

Never been a fan of NYE, not even when I went out and got hammered for xx hours. It's a day and nothing else, never understood the idea that something could or should change simply because the date changed. Actually it's not NYE that bothers me, it's other peoples perceptions of it, I find that kind of depressing. If you need to make changes in your life, do them as and when you want to, not just because a digit changes.
